This thread is for those who wish to worship MAMMON

Hello,

there are a lot of us 'mammon worshippers' out there, but we have
no place to worship. That's why I've made this thread. One a week
we can post some testimonies about how mammon has made our life good.

But first let us pray:

Oh mammon, how we wish we had more of you. It would be so good to have
bought some real estae at the right time, so we could get more wealth. Mammon, please
guide us towards more mammon in our bank accounts.

We could share stories of how mammon is always first, above all people, even above
our family members. We could discuss how the love of money is NOT the root of all evil.

Sorry, but the worship of money is the root of all evil, unless you belong to the Christian right wing evangelical types. They are always talking about money on their TV shows and how you should make lots of it, Jesus wants you to make s lots of it so you can send more to them. Now, ya wanna talk beautiful women, I'm all for that.

It's because for thousands of years we have been persecuted. No one wanted
to admit he worships money ever since Jesus said all those bad things about
worshipping money. We need a building to have weekly services. Maybe
one of the banks in town could be persuaded to let us meet there, to worship mammon.

If we could convert just half of the people in Christian churches who already worship money
secretly, we would have millions of members. I'm thinking it would be nice to share stories
of how we rip off, trick, and deceive people to get their money. And how we hoard money for the future
even though we probably won't live forever. What's that gold coin from south Africa? A kruggerand?
That could be our bible.
