How can God hear 7 billion people's prayers?

Is there a god? What is the meaning of life?

Most people who say they are Christians have never read their bible,
never go to church, and never pray - UNLESS it's really important.
they never even think about God until there's a real emergency. Like
when a bunch of people are all on an airplane and suddenly they announce
a problem in one of the engines. Then people who never prayed in ten years
decide to pray. That's good. But the Muslims are a real problem. they pray five times
per day, and there must be billions of them on the planet, and that causes a lot of problems.
All those prayers always crash the system . That's why Muslims become terrorists.

The good thing is the Budhists. They never pray because they don't believe in God. And that
helps Christians have a better chance for their prayers to be heard.

Propaganda is ubiquitous.

Metaphorically speaking- the mind is like a garden, ideas and concepts are introduced, root, are cultivated and propagated.

Guard and tend your garden diligently as it is the only one you have.

You're probably right, it's no worse than organized religion hype.

Here are two articles with different views on what praying does to a person:

Or, for those who don't like heavy reading it can be explained this way:

Prayer does bumpkus. Maybe makes me you feel good but is a cop out for not having to get involved.

What? A tsunami killed all those people? I'll pray to god to help the people still living (substitute for getting off one's azz to actually help.)

I have no problem with people praying, meditating, or otherwise doing anything else that makes them feel better and lets them explore themselves. It is something that some people need and I believe should be supported, as long as it doesn't threaten to harm anyone else.

It all goes through a call center on a foreign galaxy millions of miles away, staffed by, you guessed it, non-whites who can barely speak english. Any wonder he doesn't listen to your prayers?

I sure hope that all of you who are mocking God, are atheists because if you do believe in him and still mock him, that's totally different. As for the rest of you, you better hope he isn't real. I do believe he's real and reading briefly your remarks are like listening to complete immature children with low IQ's. Mocking in general just isn't nice and the ones who do it, ARE childish.
