This is the major problem with the Born Again movement: just accept Jesus as your Lord and savior and you get a free pass into heaven no matter what you do after that. Those who are so inclined to do dirty deeds see this as a shelter and carte blanche to do what comes natural to them. They don't bother to read the small print in that contract: Jesus will punt their butts to the other place for that crap. Thing is, to them, since you and I are not saved (according to them) we are fair game to their crooked deeds.
Psychopaths and sociopaths love to hide behind religion. Just look at most politicians on the right in the US and a few up here. Dog's work is never done.
Trying to get spiritual nourishment from a two thousand year old book is like trying to suck milk from the breast of a woman who has been dead that long.

"Judge not lest ye be judged" does not mean you can't judge, it means don't judge in hypocrisy.

This is simply not true.

I agree; no one likes a hypocrite - including religious people, none religious people, and even the Bible uses pretty strong language against hypocrisy.
“What do you think? A man had two sons. And he went to the first and said, ‘Son, go and work in the vineyard today.’ And he answered, ‘I will not,’ but afterward he changed his mind and went. And he went to the other son and said the same. And he answered, ‘I go, sir,’ but did not go. Which of the two did the will of his father?” They said, “The first.” Jesus said to them, “Truly, I say to you, the tax collectors and the prostitutes go into the kingdom of God before you. For John came to you in the way of righteousness, and you did not believe him, but the tax collectors and the prostitutes believed him. And even when you saw it, you did not afterward change your minds and believe him.

This has been my experience with many Born Againers and has been confirmed by many who believe this to be true. I have also read it on a few other forums that I visit. I'm not saying they all do, but a lot of them do.

I'm sure there are a lot of BACs that do that (I've know some too), but that is not what the born again movement is about or what it teaches (in general).
