Christ has risen!

Is there a god? What is the meaning of life?

Can't carry a tune in a bucket with the lid on tight, eh?

Me, neither.

Even more interesting is the fact that there is as little evidence that the Jews were ever in captivity in Egypt as there is that Jesus ever existed as a physical human.
Trying to get spiritual nourishment from a two thousand year old book is like trying to suck milk from the breast of a woman who has been dead that long.

Easter is derived from "Ostara", the northern pagan tribes spring solstice ritual...

It coincides with the timings of Jewish Passover and has been celebrated in this corrupted form since Constantine's adoption of Christianity...

This is very true. Most Christians have no idea about the pagan origins of most of their holy days. I n fact most don't know that Jesus of Nazareth was just a rabbi until Constantine deified him to create the bible and the Catholic church three hundred years after the fact. Almost all the titles given to Jesus were those the Caesars held for themselves and the Egyptian Pharaohs and the stories of his deity were added using many pagan gods. His rising on the third day is taken directly from Ra the Sun god.
