One of the weirdest things - 144,000 (mentioned in the bible) JWs will have a special position above
everyone else in heaven - and those 144,000 people can only be JWs - not any other person.
That's just plain weird.

Really? I thought heaven was loving everyone irregardless of race, religion, or creed, a place where all descent beings seek peace and prosperity. Not a place of political clout where your acceptance is determined by your affiliations. ;)

Heaven is a place where the bible says heaven is. And if the bible says all the people
who are lucky enough to get there by hard work and being good will be ruled over by 144,000 Jews
who were just chosen to be there, then that's the way it is.

And when Jesus said : "It is written, 'Man does not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.'
that means every word 'written' in the bible came directly from the mouth of God....somehow. Even the words
that don't make sense.

And if a huge religion in New York with $1 billion worth of real estate says those 144,000 people
will only be members of that one religion, then that's how it is ..... if you're a JW.

I heard one preacher who is about thirty years old say this:

"There's not going to be 141,000 jews in heaven.
There's not going to be 146,000 Jews in heaven.
there's going to be exactly 144,000 Jews in heaven."

I'm not making this up.

How do the preachers in small churches, or the big $billion dollar giant sized organizations from New York,
- how do they know what will happen in heaven?

If I can't figure it out, is there something wrong with me?
Am I not trying hard enough? Am I not good enough?

What is it about me, that makes me unable to figure out what will happen in heaven,
but the preachers know exactly? And why do they all disagree?
