This is precisely what religionists must believe. After all, they didn't have a rule book yet.
Funny how it seems the other religions not associated with Jehovah/Allah already knew that murdering was bad and was prohibited.
Hmmm. It's like they had morals before hearing about them from the Big Guy in the Sky. That's weird.
You do know what a red herring is, right? If not, it's something you use in almost every one of your posts.
"No one has the right to apologize for something they did not do, and no one has the right to accept an apology if the wrong was not done to them."

It seems some people aren't really sure of what they don't want to believe in. :)
A great many people think they are thinking when they are merely rearranging their prejudices.

These people too.

FYI. Zoroaster and Siddartha were human. Not immoral, omniscient, invisible Sky Gods.
FACT:
People made moral laws.

People are born with morals. No one disputes that. The question for debate is who or what ingrained those morals into the human psyche...

I dispute that. Not just to be argumentative, but morals are taught to us. We learn morals by our actions and how they make us feel. The human brain is an amazing thing.
Some things are preprogrammed into us, but I'm not certain that morals are. Some might be. Golden rule needs to be taught though.

I agree. Some people obviously figure things out without being taught though. Otherwise, there'd be no morals... well, unless you're a Jew, then God has to tell you... ha ha.

Hmm. Jainism. A community of peaceful individuals who never founded their beliefs on a guy named Moses, nor Jesus nor Mohammed. Just ordinary human beings talking amongst themselves and coming up with ethics.

Morality based on the fear of punishment is not morality. The Christian and Muslim versions of morality are a form of mind control based on reward and suffering. We are born with an innate sense of right and wrong but most of what we learn from our interactions with others teach us the finer aspects of that innate knowledge. Religion does not teach morality, more like scares you into towing the line.
Trying to get spiritual nourishment from a two thousand year old book is like trying to suck milk from the breast of a woman who has been dead that long.

True.
Jains have no concept of a hell.
You do right because it's right.
