How is archaeological evidence a conspiracy? Have you never taken any sort of cultural studies class or even social studies in high school?

The mental leaps that people go to defend some book is astonishing. First people who post facts are randomly accused of supporting Hitler, then they're accused of supporting Stalin, and now the field of archaeology and I guess the study of history in its entirety (aside from specific Christian websites with weirdo fake maps) is all one giant conspiracy.

I’m sure there’s an equation out there that shows that the amount emojis one uses in their claims lessens the validity of that claim. I guess A for effort was being generous.

Canada spends $hundreds of millions of dollars on construction of new churches - and they do something good now an then in those churches, which sit empty most of the week.

THERE IS NOTHING WRONG with some rich guy giving money to a church
and getting a tax write-off.

But it's not true that God will give a poor guy lots of stuff if he gives money to a church.

The poor guy will always be poor, no matter where he gives his money.
If he gives to a casino - he'll be poor.
If he gives to the liquor store - he'll be poor.
In Canada, the poor are getting poorer every day and the rich are getting richer.

That's how it works.

Church space is rented out so most of them don't sit empty for most of the week.

The parking lots are empty for most of the week.

Not the ones I pass by but whatever.

Unless they’re renting to people who don’t drive or are renting late into the evening the ones I drive by are pretty much always empty.
