I'd call that one in. Day, time and the car number to the main line 250-762-3300 telling them you have a concern. If he or she was inside the mall for a shoplifter or other call that is one thing. If he or she was there for a double-double and a Boston creme then it is wrong and the bosses need to hear about it.

Responding to a shoplifter is pretty routine, just curious if the RCMP also run red lights on their way to shoplifting calls?

Obvious sarcasm - but I cant buy the situational suggestion "...unless it was for a shoplifter" that a shoplifting call denotes a dire need to park directly infront and take up a handicapped spot.

Not being difficult or quick to jump on a cop, but those who uphold the law have to appear like they deserve the privilege to do so.

Just a question Kl3 but could you not call it in now based on the fact that the car number is clearly visible?

Have to give he/she credit, parked very well centred!!

Until one knows why, it doesn't look good. Although if they needed a quick stop, they may have had no option.

And I have to take you to task on the "if they were in the mall looking after a shoplifter or something" comment. There would have to be a pretty short list of reasons for a cop at any time to take up a handicapped space and I don't think that shoplifting is going to make that list.

This is likely naive but I can't imagine a cop anywhere being that disrespectful if indeed they were in Timmy's gettin a jolt for the road.

Don't cops usually just park at the yellow curb?

Actually, I'm not the one who took this photo.

And for your information, it HAS been called in. I'm not aware of the outcome of whoever made the call.
Was just re-posting this photo to show the public how lazy and ignorant cops can be.

Cops are just people, they are morons, and lazy, and break the law just like everyone else.
