Let us read what inclusion means to you, and what value you place on it.
Please include examples of what you have done to promote inclusion in your environment.
I highly suspect that you will fall into the same pit as most when it comes down to the truth.
My bet is you have been more of an exclusive promoter throughout your life and likely don't even realize it.
Conformity does that.
