Glacier, I read somewhere that we can expect "pendulum weather" this summer; lots of extremes. I can't remember where I saw it :-X so I can't cite a source.

Is there anything to that comment at all?

Nope Canada Customs won't let it cross the Border as it's trying to enter illegally.
My Wife asked me if I knew what her favorite flower was?

Kelowna was so bitterly cold yesterday that it was 5 degrees colder than the NWT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hottest spots in Canada yesterday:
1 Yohin, NWT = 27.9° C
2 Pemberton = 27.1° C
3 Lytton =26.6° C
4 Lillooet = 25.6° C
5 Ashcroft = 25.5° C
6 Fort Liard, NWT = 25.5° C
7 Osoyoos = 25.4° C
8 Fort Severn, ON = 25.2° C (WAYYYYY up north in Ontario)
9 Port Alberni = 25.1° C

My bees were starting their morning flights early this morning...new hives seem to have settled in

and joined their 'sisters' getting at it early.

This translates into Bee Weather Forecast...it's gonna be a hot one today, folks!

Another awesome Okanagan day..
And to start it off , I watched ELO Mr Blue Sky on youtube...
Which was so very cool and fitting.....
That I had to watch it again.....beautiful..

Went and checked out the lake last night, the amount of water is impressive..... Hoping it stays calm..

Just got back from Rotary Marsh, we've never seen the marsh so over full with water. It's eerie though. And the beach at Tugboat bay is almost completey wiped out. The water is not quite to the orange bladders but it's close.
As WW3 develops, no one is going to be dissing the "preppers." What have you done?

I was wondering if the wave action might scour out the sand and change the topography
