Regardless of who "wins" an election, they always are up against a Silent Elite. Do you believe the extreme poor who voted for Trump ever thought their non-profit support would be slashed right out from under them?

It was a perfect day for yard work. My son had a friend coming for dinner, so unfortunately I wasn't able to stay out and work all day. It was really nice how it clouded over a bit towards evening.

This is the weather I love best.
Warm during the day, but not ridiculously hot. Cooler through the evening into morning. And the winds yesterday which weren't too strong, kept the pests away when I was outside. The only way it could improve would be a sun/shower with rainbows and petrichor. <3

If they don't make sense that is probably my fault for not being clear enough in my presentations. Here is a clear to understand graph showing just howvwarm it was last month. The area in dark red experienced the hottest May on record...

That graph I understood. Don't blame yourself, I don't have a math-oriented brain - I have a word-oriented one.
Today was darn near perfect spring weather. I heard on the radio that it was supposed to cool down by the weekend, with rain -but all the forecasts I see predict a warming trend. Weird!

I noticed lake level is dropping last little while.
Given our drought conditions, I wonder why they don't run it up to full pool, with freshet as good as over?

What I find really weird is how since 2010 they have let the lake drain so early! The lake peaked on May 31st this year, which is only the 2nd time since records began in 1944 that the lake maxed out in May!
