Nice weather

I love Canadian winters.

When I was young I lived in Labrador near an airbase. The duplexes were basically encapsulated with snow drifts from like October to April. As a kid, this was a lot of fun. What the picture doesn’t show are the enormous 2 story tall icicles that you don’t want falling on you.

If you can get out of your house, then you gotta figure out how to get your car... which doesn’t matter if the roads aren’t cleared putting a mountain of snow in from of everyone’s home.

I really don't want to go to work today :-X

Oh, and speaking of weather, this showed up in my email today

PLEASE use spellcheck. If that is too hard, consider installing the Grammarly (free!) app that will not only spellcheck for you (AND offer corrections!) but also make sure that your sentences are grammatically correct.

You're welcome.

That is scorching hot! My friends did the polar bear swim in the Cariboo-Chilcotin this year and the lake was 0.5C!

What you doing living in the Okanagan then?

Sounds like you'd love Saskatchewan.

To flat for me, spent time in northern BC.
Semi retired now, I still like the cold.... never been snowbird, don't plan on starting now.

I agree with you. I spent 1+ years in Grande Prairie, AB. I missed the mountains the most. There was no point of reference as to where I was, except the sun, and that was not always visible.
I am a BC boy, this is the greatest place on earth to live..........even with all the whiners.
