Harjit Sajjan, MP for Vancouver South, will be attending a meet and greet Thursday, July 13 in Vernon.


A high-ranking MP in the Trudeau government will visit the Okanagan next week.

Defence Minister Harjit Sajjan, MP for Vancouver South, will be Vernon and Lake Country on Wednesday and Thursday.

I thought it was that kid that was on american idol a few years ago.

I'm sorry...NOT...but I have no interest in listening, seeing and even more so paying the expenses for a guy that

took credit for doing something other Canadian Military personnel actually did.

I can't do much about paying for his expenses through my taxes but I sure can control my listening or seeing this guy.

I think he's got a lot of gall.

Too bad he's not coming to Kelowna. I'd like to meet him. He seems like a pretty great guy and I'm happy he's our defense minister.

Update: Sajjan shows great class by littering cherry pits all over this Osoyoos shopkeeper's parking lot. Really nice, Harjit. Really nice.

Throwing biodegradable or otherwise items out on a parking lot, IMO, is littering.
