Many well there is an estimated 800 Airbnbs and probably tack on some VRBOs I suppose that would put it around 1000? So "many" would imply that there are at least 700-800 party centrals?

As for taxes now there is a mandatory tax. Where do you think the additional income gets spent that these property owners make? Not locally? Their spending never creates additional tax revenue?
