The collective agreements are public.
One could compare the previous agreement to the new one to see what kind of changes have been made.
I would assume the new Collective Agreement will have a pay-grid that shows the raise % in each year over the terms of the contract.

I shall continue to go just as I have been the previous 4 months.
But during that time I did actually go to Chances a handful of time as well. People were great. Maybe i'll make Chances my regular spot now.

Why wouldn't you ? Unless you play table games , Chances has friendly people , plenty of slots AND even more free and easy parking ...

Unfortunately, the buffet is not that big of an attraction. I'd rather pay a bit more and fill myself up at Asian Pear or 88 Grand Buffet.
