Is the City keeping Cannabis sales underground ?

Not a single application handed in by yesterday.
The City says applicants are carefully putting their applications together.
While that might be the case, it may also be folks not applying due to the Cities cash grab pricing.
I guess we will soon see.

Tommy Chong in town Oct 17
The event will be held at the Quick Grow Kelowna storefront at 1945 Kirschner Rd. The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Without provincial certification/approval, won't be selling pot at least legally.

I can't do the Math re 30 grams vs joints
Wonder what the cost going to be?
Maybe it won't be quite as stinky as some of the home grown junk I smell
Hope the plants from Holland
