I would love to hear some stories from seniors that have received some of the gifts from some of the organizations that worked so hard to brighten the Christmas season for them. I think it would make everyone’s heart a lot happier, too.
Maybe you know the story and could share with us.
Thank you and again, Merry Christmas to each and every one of you.
Stay safe and watch out for the other guy.

BPeeps, I did say one of my favs :)
I appreciate when ppl stand on their own and don't suck up.. I don't always agree with Truth but I agree with Truth's spirit!

To the OP I'm happy to read your holiday made special :) Be nice if people could keep the brightness going all year long.

I no longer celebrate Christmas.. still accept gifts!

Merry Christmas All-
I had a thought--most of the folks that received the gift bags probably don't have access to a computer, or might not do too much with one if they have one.
I am really interested in the stories that maybe someone has seen or heard of how the bags or packages have brightened the Christmas season for anyone that has received them. Corporations, businesses, people that have knitted or crocheted hats, scarves or mittens, would love to hear how their efforts have helped.
As someone has stated, it would be lovely if we carry the giving spirit that is so prevalent through Christmas, to every day of the New Year ahead. But for the Grace of God, any one of us could be in the position of needing some cheering up and a renewal of our strengths.
I hope that is what the gift bags have done for all that received them. :smt045
