Damm there is an arsonist screwing people up in the neighborhood.
The parkade fire at 1938 Pandosy has cost me and alot of others huge.
So messed up over it.
I only had one hand above water before it and now I`m holding my breathe and sinking.
Sucks to work hard and get slammed for no fault of your own.

Should also be noted maybe not connected but that is the john howard house, and the guy that lives there, stole from the neighbourhood a lot, found some of my kids things on the property, john howard didn't care at all when I phoned, they also said he would have sketchy people stay with him all the time and it was against their policy but didn't do anything

Glad i got out of that neighbourhood it's just falling apart

It was his car that was targeted.
He must of ripped somebody off and retaliation happened.
Police know about him and nothing they can do.
He has been fighting his eviction for months now.

It is a John Howard Society house.
Lots of problems there. Society ignores it.
The mess on the property alone should have alerted them.
Police on the news said they are there almost daily.

Aren't there lots of cameras around the hospital? Is there no trace of the culprit? Same with the Pandosy apt. building fires. The scumbag was on a bike. No one was able to recognize him? Very strange.

He has now been evicted...just saying. Hope the find the person who did this. Very sad if it was someone trying to get at him.

It's something I did think about after the pandosy apartment fire, earlier in the summer, I'm not sure if it was the RCMP or the fire department but they claim that for the past X years they believe a single person has been behind a lot of fires, now we are having these.

Just speculation but serial arsonists are notoriously hard to find and actually not very common. Home fires are also extremely scary I don't think most people understand how quickly a building can go from a small fire into being out of control smoke filled death chambers

I hope they catch these/this person before people start dying
