I would love to see a 2000 seat theatre there. Or somewhere.
My fervent hope is that you and your tax dollars will be reunited in the afterlife.

Its close tovall amenities, social services, etc. Great place to house all of them  ! They would love it too! Too bad that image would harm tourism so we're better off putting a shelter beside the seniors who don't matter.

Simple solution......move all the services to a more socially acceptable location, including the bottle depot. How about Old Vernon Road near the highway?

To all those proposing a shelter location there ... it's in the "red zone" and would penalize people who make mistakes ... and we've found from other systems (namely transportation) that we need to build systems that help people make safer choices by default ...

I think the comment was more to your grammar and spelling in the other post.

It would be nice to see a larger capacity (new or renovate/update current) Community Theatre there.

Old RCMP site..

Since all suggestions seem to be stretching on the side of
tongue in cheek..

How about a carousel, ferris wheel, bumper cars and a sporty little roller-coaster.

Some of our very own street people could play the part of carnies and fit right in...

Food trucks, buskers.....oh the possibilities are endless, and It would be a going
concern as a tourist tra...er...attraction....

Shirts, hats, banners...trinkets....
"Don't 'p' down my neck then tell me it's raining!"
