Pic is so bad these two look like they came from a Charles Dickens play. Top hat and trench coat guy looks like a chimney sweeper.

6' 7". Top hat
Like a Dr Who episode
It DOES look like a scene from Dickens! Best comment

This appears to be Rusty's Sports Lounge.

6'7" and dressed like Abe Lincoln. Now I've seen it all.
My fervent hope is that you and your tax dollars will be reunited in the afterlife.

When I enlarge the photo it looks like the beard is a falsie, a glue-on hirsute, much like Eyebrow Boy.

Its because a lot of businesses go for the cheapest cameras in order to cut costs. Ridiculous I know. Like what are we even looking at, some characters from the 1800s?

If I were the individual in the fight that left before talking to police, I wouldn't be coming forward.
I expect him to show up again as a giant Easter bunny.
It's possible to do all the right things and still get a bad result.

idk, I think I'd remember where I saw a 6' 7" man wearing a top hat :)
This is so strange, wonder if he costumes all the time?
Course all those cameras of people wearing hoodies and masked look like iron man
