More consultations on proposed development needed

WOW! :200: I mean OMG WOW! More consultations needed.....ya think??!! Unless I have lost my natural mind, which has been suggested in the past, I have a funny feeling "height" isn't going to be the pressing issue at the public hearing for this monstrosity - seriously it will probably be the last thing that gets mentioned!

Unless this is a particularly unrealistic artist's rendering then talk about in your face development and destruction of a beautiful lakeside area! Who in their right mind could think this is anywhere near attractive or a "positive lakeside esthetic"?

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ greed, traffic nightmares, a giant blob of cement showing a complete lack of vision by the architects and way too much density for the space allotted to it - good grief I could go on all day negative rant about this because I cannot see a single positive! What a beautiful view we will have of that mausoleum every time we drive over the bridge or sit on the beach or walk in the park!

Hopefully West Kelowna will take a big boot and kick this project and its developers all the way to Gimmeabreak which is somewhere just north of Uglyville where it belongs :kick: !

The picture alone is enough to ruin what started out as a good day til I opened the news! Geeeez.......

Better get used to it - you ain't seen nothin' yet.
Forget Cialis, Viagra, or Levitra. When you need to get it up fast - reach for new and improved Westcorp. Proud official suppliers of Basran's *bleep*

Looks like a cookie cutter design you'd see on the lower mainland. Such a contrast to its surroundings. Terrible design.

Everyone needs to just sit back, put the projects on hold, and let's hire some consultants to find out just how many consultants they actually need!

Density is fine, but the project isn't too aesthetically pleasing. Then again, we need more housing. Projects like this kind of make me appreciate (or dislike less) projects like Aqua or Westcorp's Downtown Kelowna hotel. If growth is to happen better make it look nice. Unfortunately the developer just wants a quick buck.
