Nothing to do with bank. Car escaping police in reverse, hitting cars. They shot him. Cut off his clothes. He naked and bleeding

Castanet has updated the headline to indicate it's a police presence. They can only go on what info they're given at the time and obviously are trying to get information out as quick as possible. Unfortunately that sometimes results in witnesses providing incorrect info. Good lesson for all.
