Another story on Castanet, this time revealing the identity of the sculptor:

There was a story about him last night on Global, and he mentioned that some male snow sculptures he made had been smashed, but female ones were left alone. Stupid critics.

More than likely, wonder what the reaction would be if the artist made a well endowed snowman?

I've seen this guy around. He's often hanging out with the guy playing guitar in front of Starbucks. Always thought he was homeless by the way he looked, but friendly. I don't know whether he is or isn't homeless, but he seems really talented and happy. Would be good to learn more about thos artist. ❤

His work is beautiful. If you get a chance to talk to him tell him, he said he'd love to work with concrete, tell him about a new sculpting product called "Pal Tiya", that is an all weather sculpting material, that is inexpensive and easy to work with...His pieces are fabulous, and most sculpters are limited by cost...His work is fabulous, and he should do some permanent pieces for display...The new material was developed by a sculpter in Washington state, who worked on the set of The Hobbit...Be sure to thank him for me for brightening up my day...

If the City paid him, you'd complain because his art will melt!
