More options is always a good thing. Nobody is forcing anyone to live in EAC's facilities once they're built.

Emil Anderson has obviously identified housing costs as a barrier to attracting and retaining staff. What they're offering won't be suited to all of their employees, or needed by all of their employees, but it will be perfect for some.

AND it's not like a "camp job" .. Live in "Paradise" and work there too ! .

Pretty tough to do if you have the skills required for a job but not enough money to get a start here . That , in itself is a tough thing .. Why "some" are opposed to an employer making it easier to recruit baffles me ...
