yes your right...I dont own a pet....dont have time for it...
im not siding with anyone...but some people do blow things out of proportion...
Like i said...she mentioned that he picked it up and slammed it to the ground...SPCA said no injury...im thinking a SLAMMING like that should have at least a scratch or scrape or a patch of hair gone.

Not necessarily. Even a bite from another dog can go undetected with all the fur. Not all injuries are evident. There was no indication the pup had seen a vet so I would imagine a cursory examination (no x-rays etc.).
Truths can be backed up by facts - do you have any?
