One short term idea is if enough are truly bothered by these homes, is to come together and rent the three homes yourselves.. Use the pool during the day and leave them empty and quiet at night. Strike a deal with the owner for a discount.. Problem solved.. Sure its an out of the box idea.. .

It is if the home owner asked them to rent it, its not if the area residents approach them to make a deal.. Its a crazy idea anyways but could work... They can even use the homes as a club house of sorts..
