Reina Hodgins

Hodgins is described as:

Caucasian female
14 years old
5 ft 4 in (163 cm)
slim build
dark brown shoulder length hair
Last seen wearing pink shorts, dark shirt and red frame glasses carrying a black and white polka dot backpack but is presumed to have changed to a grey t-shirt and black bicycle shorts

Hodgins may also be riding a burgundy coloured mountain bicycle.

Update:
Kelowna RCMP tell Castanet they are, "actively investigating and working closely with the family to locate Reina and confirm her well-being."
"We appeal to anyone who may have seen Reina or who may to have information to contact the Kelowna RCMP as soon as possible at 250-762-3300," she said

RCMP have been talking to the parents who must be desperate to find her. Possibly considered an abduction because she is underage and it's assumed the man is not known to the parents, otherwise surely the RCMP would have indicated he is known to the parents.

Why can't the RCMP run facial recognition software on that ugly mug? Surely some name would pop up. Also, I wonder which neighbourhood, and why is only she found safe and why is he still running around? How is he doing it? Using a mask? If it wasn't abduction, why would she not just name him, or show how she met him if on line.

Did she message him? IF so on what site and what did he use as an age and name? How did those conversations go? Did he lure with promises of things? Money?

Would there not be an IP number attached to his posts? Would the site not assist with a criminal investigation? Tracing an IP can't be rocket science these days.
