They're completely known, this is why the overused tagline "no immediate threat to the general public" is used.

I guess they aren't an immediate threat if you aren't caught in the crossfire and in the wrong place at the wrong time, or run over by one of them when they try to evade police.

A step in the right direction would be to designate people in organized crime not unlike a terrorist group, and swiftly make it very undesirable to engage in organized crime. (As in make people like this disappear overnight and disposed of). It's heavy-handed, but it shouldn't pose an immediate threat to the public.

Whatever is going on last night never been so many Police sirens in all the years I've lived in this neighbourhood.
And Even Steven is it CSI Kelowna ( we watch all the repeats) solving this crime :)

There must be some ' distribution problems ' in the upper levels of this management group & this is how they deal with it in their world.

It would be great if they only mowed each other down but that's not the case as innocent people have died because of these turf wars.

I'm sure we will hear stats that say otherwise.
