FYI our appraisal cost just shy of $500.00. The value applied to our place was between 764k to 789k with a median price in the middle. The info they gather is mostly available on line such as assessment value etc. The one thing that keeps our price high is location location location. The 4 houses they used to compare to ours weren't even close in our opinion. We drove by them all. We have the largest property along with way better curb appeal. I am somewhat biased because its my house. Go figure. I feel it was money well spent because if you have e realtor come and do it they will hound you to no end to list. You could also get an inflated price due to commission %. Our estimate before this was a tad higher but we have some ammo now should our buyer still be interested . Keep ya posted. :up:

I would 100% If I was a buyer be looking at stuff for sale by a realtor!

You have nothing to loose!

The seller is 1000% never going to pass any savings onto you.
