- Happened in a different province
- He was hired before any charges were pressed or accusations were made public.
- He was fired as soon as charged were pressed.

What are you expecting for a screening process? IH should hire a private investigator to dig into all aspects of his life? Cops didn't know about it, but somehow IH should have? His wife didn't know, but somehow IH should have?

Time to shake that head and realize that your dislike for IH has made you irrational. Had this been a story about IH violating peoples privacy through very intrusive screening processes you'd be on here bashing them for that.

He’s not back at work. He’s on paid leave. With the *bleep* up set of laws in this province, he’s innocent until proven guilty. This means his wages remain as if there were no charges against him. When the courts have decided if he’s guilty or not is when his employment status changes.
