When conversation came up a few days ago about a gas price drop
my interjection into it was "Hahaha, ya, but don't bank on it
happening here." (Central OK)

One thing announcement did do, was stopped a bunch of people from creating long line ups at the pumps and hoarding gas. Instead they chose to wait for the lower price to come into effect.

That was the first thing that entered my mind when I first heard the story. Much more believable than an 11-cent per litre price drop!

No price jump pretty well happens every holiday weekend, especially during Spring & Summer.

On the upside, the odds of higher prices goes down when the media predicts that prices will go up.

Costco was $153.9 last evening when we filled up. There were 3 tanker trucks filling them up for the weekend.motokelowna1 wrote: ↑May 19th, 2023, 10:59 am If anyone noticed last night Circle K fuel was 10cents cheaper at 154.99 before 7pm ... There are deals just look for them
Shell at KLO and Benvoulin was $174.9. Talk about rip off, they are the worst!

Just came off the TCH in Kamloops, traffic is crazy, and no price increase.
