Would people prefer that the investigators throw open the doors so castaland can opine and discuss sensitive findings in the case?

WorkSafe BC is investigating after a piece of equipment fell from a crane at the One Water Street construction site Monday afternoon.

This town is nuts.

There's absolutely zero chance of a temp agency employee operating a crane or anything to do with the crane.

Worksafe has to do the investigation squeaky clean and by the book. Otherwise they will be investigated and taken to court. Like that mill explosions up north years ago.

I wonder why they didn't release the findings of the Tolko boom tug that sank two or so years back ?

Oh Man... time always seems to pass much too quickly. It happened Jan. 30, 2017; more than 4 and a half years ago.

Looks like they did release the findings, although I sure wasn't aware of it until now.

I got more curious about the tugboat incident report contents, so I found the report from the horses mouth (so to speak).

Full report from WorkSafe:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1FlGYgk ... sp=sharing

Very detailed; hopefully we can expect similar detail from the crane incident investigation.

I had to download it to share it so the link is to the PDF file on my Google cloud drive with public access. Hope it works for you.

Because it wasn't published on Castanet. All that was needed was a little more research.....
