Radio Host Sues The Lizard
I can't believe this has not been discussed, unless I missed it.
I used to work there. That place has been a toxic work place for many years. I hope she takes them to the cleaners!

not to disregard your opinion, but she admitted she acted in a manner that was not her true character, so, what did she expect?Southern Comfort wrote: ↑Nov 20th, 2021, 9:53 am I can't believe this has not been discussed, unless I missed it.

Oh no dude. No. She was playing a character in her media appearances but remains an actual human who should be respected. And that is what she rightfully expected.mullyman wrote: ↑Nov 20th, 2021, 10:19 amnot to disregard your opinion, but she admitted she acted in a manner that was not her true character, so, what did she expect?Southern Comfort wrote: ↑Nov 20th, 2021, 9:53 am I can't believe this has not been discussed, unless I missed it.

i don't disagree, but playing a character can be very dangerous... i never considered radio hosts to be actors... just themselves, so, imho, that is a very slippery slope..fwiw

She is not the problem. How she was treated in her workplace environment is the problem.

Walks like a duck, talks like a duck.
What do ya expect ? If yer gonna play floozy presented as a public figure.
Don't be surprised when dealt with like a floozy full time.
Her own doing.
She created her own situation, yet pushing blame elsewhere.

People deserve to be treated with decency and a basic level of respect. If this is not happening in a workplace, and it's brought to the attention of management/ownership, it's on them to correct the situation. That obligation to foster a safe work environment isn't really up for debate, legally. It's part of the responsibility that comes with sitting in the big chair.
When someone says they pay taxes, you know they're about to be an ******e.

Girl here. I don’t diasgree with the boys. I don’t condone harrassment. Unfortunately that’s where our society is at. Not to mention there are a lot of women who are worse when it comes to harrassment toward men and they get a pass
Bullying is not acceptable and cowardly. You know who you are.
