I believe the by-laws apply to 10X10 and over. If one needs more than that, they got too much stuff. There is no bylaw about how many sheds one can have.

Which brings up another good point, in that I'd sooner see one decently maintained larger shed, than three smaller ones, which would more resemble clutter, or a row of outhouses.

Yes as someone else stated, under 10x10. I have too much stuff in my garage. Just two petal bikes consumes space, then lawn mowers, tools.

Not sure if the CoK has changed their rules regarding size, but the province has...
New max size of nonpermit shed is 42 square feet.
And the province is on a tear of enforcement now.
Those changes came into effect last April I think.
There was also changes to decks/roof overs.
A building used to be considered at 3 walls and a roof, now a building is defined as anything that shelters people/property...

Understandable. The soaring cost of new construction has made alternative methods more attractive, and it would appear the use of sea cans in particular has increased substantially since the cost of returning empties to their points of origin has exceeded the cost of replacing them.Bigbacardi wrote: ↑Jan 21st, 2023, 7:42 am Not sure if the CoK has changed their rules regarding size, but the province has...
A great many people think they are thinking when they are merely rearranging their prejudices.
