Wow. Public disclosure of all contracts ? Christy would have a seizure just hearing those words.

Well, there's one contract that will never be disclosed to the public. That's the one where Christy guided BC Rail into the hands of her brother and her ex. They brokered the deal to sell, I mean LEASE, BC Rail to CNCP for 999 years. If the amounts of the lease are ever revealed, CNCP gets their money back and they get to keep the railroad permanently. What a deal.
