How does this guy even quality for day parole when serving 3 life sentences and is at high risk of reoffending?

Once again the Canadian justice cares more about the criminals , then the victims. That is completely as :cuss: backwards.
I don't give a damn whether people/posters like me or dislike me, I'm not on earth to win any popularity contests.
