very surprised not hearing anything about its a fact that a certain BC tycoon owns Ripley Entertainment which just happen to be the company that owns the Duck Boat that sank killing 17 individuals.

Death traps. Won't see me loading my family into one of those things.
Hopefully this time the appropriate authorities take action. Should no longer be allowed for commercial use unless perhaps some safety modifications are made.
