And quite apparently, we have laws now where it is easier to demand a breath sample from anyone driving a vehicle without reasonable cause, but if ya get pulled over with TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND AND FIVE HUNDRED fentanyl pills......the friggen dog had better sit properly or you can skate. Is our justice system f'd up or what!!!!

Read the article. All are signs of possible drugs in the vehicle, just like wandering all over the road and crossing white lines also gets a cop suspicious.

neither one of those things would have gotten them a search warrant.

The cop used every made up reason he could think of to pull that car over and search.

Speeding? Yea right 27k pills with enough foresight to hide in a secluded spot and he risks speeding?

Cologne and air freshener to mask the smell of pills?
This wasn't marijuana pills don't smell very pungent.

Multiple phones and shaking? Maybe a little nervous but I would wager that cop knew who he was going to pull over and what was in the car BEFORE he even saw him.

Sections 7 to 14 in the Canadian Constitution.
Since it is in this document, highly unlikely it will be changed or amended by a sitting government.

Reason just look back at what happened with Meech Lake accords.

Before or after he was passed on the road?

Don trump, what I am saying is clear.

The cop had prior information that the driver was carrying drugs. He used every text book excuse he could think of to justify his illegal search and seizure, they do it all the time

So do you think it was just chance the driver happened to come up behind the police officer at that particular time?
