It is NOT a justice system but a legal system.
Why use a big word when a diminutive one will suffice.

He was collared? Like in The Running Man?

Maybe Stephen King (Richard Bachman) was on to something? Game show with hardened criminals? Just sayin'

The only collar he needs is around his neck with about 2 feet of slack and a tall oak tree .
Once and done
Toby Keith and Willie Nelson had it figured out a long time ago .

Sounds like he will be in line for a $10,000,000 cheque and a tear-filled apology for being marginalized and misunderstood.
Tax. Borrow. Spend. Justin Trudeau's platform is raising taxes and accumulating another $94,000,000,000 in debt.

That day is coming, where we're "responsible" and have to "apologize" for others life's poor choices as they spiral into a world of crime.

We had a good strong Conservative gumment with Steve for close to a decade. He swore he'd crack down hard, real good and hard, on criminals. What happened? Or was Steve just another right wing politician who was more concerned about setting himself up to slide into a chair on the boards of directors of big corporations?

Politicians can say whatever they want, unfortunately if there hands are tied due to protection in the Constitution on what can & can't be done to criminals.
Then there is nothing they can really do, besides lip service on being tough on crime.
