I win lots of little prizes but the kicker was when I got on a real good streak and its these that keep me coming back.

I won enough to buy a huge chunk of land that carries no debt because on my second bigger win I totally made the property self sufficient.

I did not win the big prize. I won 2nd place, twice. My face was not published which was nice. I'm debt free and today I'm out working my little farm in the sunshine with little to no worries. Just me, my dog, my cat and Nature

There is nothing left of my wins but I'm set up for life because I was smart with my wins. I drive a 20 year old car and no nasty expensive habits anymore, even pot smoking which was fun for a bit but got old fast.

I know 4 jackpot winners and everyone knows who they are and it makes trust hard for them. I told the world I inherited money the first time because it coincided with my Fathers passing and the second I was simply silent.

It does get won. I've done it. Its fun as hell. You really do pee yourself. Gunning for number 3.

So does anyone believe this person won not one......but two significant "second" place jackpots and also knows 4 other full jackpot winners as well that now have trust issues.
What a load of bull dung. I believe there has been one recorded winner of two or more significant lottery winnings.....and they were most definitely publicly exposed and identified
To claim what you have, two significant second place prizes was not the deal breaker for me. What exposed your dung was the also knowing "4 other JACKPOT winners that all now have trust issues". The actual chances of all of these events being real would be as statistically impossible as another earth like planet rotating the sun exactly 180 deg opposite in the same orbit and speed as earth but always out of our view because of the sun.

Bought tickets forever like everyone else and had my wins but when the numbers started to line up I remember standing up to quickly and stubbed my toe so hard the chair flipped over and I remember screaming holy f holy f holy everliving f. I actually did pee myself, I could hardly breath. I had circled all 7 numbers and all of a sudden I was terrified. A dread crossed over me and I started to cry. Then I laughed, cried, laughed and then I just stopped moving and sat and stared at the ticket scared to touch it. I remember thinking where to hide the ticket but I used to be a drinker and still was then and I knew I'd lose it. I drank that day and the ticket was wrapped in saran wrap and rolled up in an emptied out tampax applicator and put back in the back of the drawer., Seemed like a good idea at the time as there were no visiting gals that would be into the box.. I was alone when I won so I was able to go though the initial shock alone which was good because when I told my husband I was already a touch calmer and I had much fun in watching him react. He says he didn't but I do believe he peed a bit to. Seriously your bladder either pinches off or lets loose, our were loose lol. Honestly I still get goose bumps when I think about that moment. Lifted, airborne, breathless, but RELIEF was the emotion I remember most. Relief, like nothing else. I smiled. Relief.

The second time I nailed the win was just over 2 years later and I was sober by then, had spent every dime of the first win on a property and was happy and content playing Farmer on my little acreage when a ticket I bought while traveling to see family in Saskatoon hit the 6 plus again. This time was different but still there is nothing of that kind to compare with. This time there was so much laughing. Life was showing me love and I was feeling pretty good. I took that money and totally off-gride'd my farm. I bought a bigger John Deere and a hand crank for a water well I found.

I kept $100. grand in my bank and gave away the rest.

I'm seriously thinking I might win again and if I do I'll be giving most of that away as well.

Its fun, I highly recommend it.

This is one of the best stories I've ever read. Thanks for sharing. I can't like this enough. Luck with luck on top. Never mind the tractor pic...send me a few flakes of dandruff...anything... for just a wee bit of chance for some of that luck to rub off on me.
You are not a dangerous person, the universe wouldn't let you have that if you were.
Now if I won....holy new federal political parties to pull the rug out from the corruption Batman...And that may be why the universe wouldn't allow it to happen. :200:

I sort of had that feeling long ago when I got 5 out of 6...no bonus. My mind played a trick on me or my wishful thinking and for a very brief moment I thought I got all 6.
I walked out of the casino one night over 10 years ago 34k richer...but it wasn't a major life changing amount. The emotion it did come with was relief, as the bills were covered for a while.
Some may view my politically incorrect opinions as harsh and may be offended by them. Some think political correctness will be our undoing.

According to an email I received late Monday night, advance purchase of Lotto tickets is allowed again.

"Thank you for contacting BCLC Consumer Services and I apologize for the delayed response.

I understand your frustration with feeling that BCLC is forcing players to leave their homes more often, putting yourself at further risk and want to assure you that this is not the intent with the draw limits decision.

As mentioned previously, these temporary draw limit modifications were made out of an abundance of caution in the event the COVID-19 pandemic does impact lottery draws in the future. Lottery sales do continue in BC at this time, however, BCLC continues to support the decisions of our private-sector lottery retailers to reduce hours, close locations and/or implement proper physical distancing protocols, as well as recommendations and future decisions that may be made by the Interprovincial Lottery Corporation.

As of today, 04/20/2020, BCLC made the decision to allow players to purchase up to 4 weeks in advance. This decision has taken effect at all retail locations."

That is a big chunk of coin, even after all the taxes if you want an immediate payout.

Even though our prizes are no were near the sizes of many US lotteries, we have a bonus of not having to share our winnings with the government.
I don't give a damn whether people/posters like me or dislike me, I'm not on earth to win any popularity contests.

Yea, that is a great bonus. A 70 mil lotto max single ticket win is around $9600/ day365 days a year at 5% interest before taxes.

If you are paid in dividends then perhaps a 20% tax rate will leave you around $7600/day income. ( very rough guestimations)

Interesting thing is I read that if they take a cash pay out they get less than 1 billion and still have to pay taxes on that.

So probably get a quarter of the advertised amount of over 2 billion.

I would still take it!

I'd take the 2 billion over 20 years...perhaps 1.3 billion after taxes. Then about 65 mil a year for 20 years... if I was young enough, Well I'd 85 then. Dad's 92 and still goes out in his boat in the summer so hopefully I might be able to as well at that age...

Just found yet another "rags to riches back to rags" article.
I still want my chance though, to blow it that is.
