Regarding childcare, going to be a big bill. If actually implemented are employees going to make a decent dollar, have the qualifications, back ground checks?

I can see another bureaucracy created with an endless hiring of government employees at head office attending endless meetings.

What is the solution to those problems then? I mean, they've been a problem for 50+ years and most of us have given up on the idea that those problems will be "fixed". Just maybe it's wise to start looking at alternatives cause "fixing it" ain't working? I for one am tired of pounding my head against the same wall.
