Funny how when anybody is asked to point out an exact example of systemic racism nobody can point out one exact example that is been proven Beyond A Reasonable Doubt and not just somebody's feeling like it's racism.
Yes there is some at some levels I feel. But why is it so hard to point it out if apparently there is so much of it out there. Because a lot of it's all part of a narrative to keep people divided

There seems to be more advertising, more talk, more media, more claiming to be Woke on this issue than there is actually any racism events.
Part of the new Liberalism seems to be everyone needs to discuss, be educated, acknowledge it instead of moving on and only dealing with specifics when they arise.

I made the mistake of renting a basement suite in an Indian house. Never again.
I think it was two weeks in and I loaded up the truck. The landlord came along asked what I was doing, then started screaming about a months notice.
Too late. I had already lost all my friends.

As a landlord you have a interview have each potential renter fill out application (have each one do exact same process) don’t let on or say anything stupid.

Have 3 hidden trays (once they leave place the application in tray best suits them):
1) Good
2) Possible
3) not a chance

In the interview let each potential renter know they are not first.

As you said your property... your choice (play the game within big brother rules, get the renter of your choice).

1984, Lord of the Flies - just keeps playing itself out over and over through history. I have never seen this much racial division in the whole time I have been tripping around on this planet. It actually looked like we were making some strides after Martin Luther, but lately we are pitting one culture against the other at a frenzied rate. We are making the mistake of believing one culture is any better than another. We are all human, we are all biassed, we all make mistakes. This latest foray by the government has all the hallmarks of 'racial profiling' - funny that. One step closer to the abyss.
