Deaths/shootings/injuries and millions of dollars worth of resources going to them and them alone. What is irksome is the tag line, "no danger to the public" but then they come out and ask for video or dash cam evidence from the public. IF you're that close, you were in danger.

I love the thought of someone buying marijuana from an illegal dealer when you can’t drive a mile in the city without coming across a store where you can simply walk in and buy it legally.
