Talking to a retired prosecutor, they mentioned the service has a lack of experienced prosecutors for bigger more complex cases...maybe they are waiting for some to become experienced or an experienced one to become available.
So glad they have a couple of a-hats charged for Kathy's murder. She did a great job cutting what hair I have.
