And we know exactly what punishment he SHOULD get. But will likely get some kind of slap on the wrist and told "Don't do this again or else next time you will get two slaps."

He'll get bail then the famous " no contact with children"
I have no problem doing a Judge Dredd on him
Given the nature of the crime his mug shot should be posted so people can report if he is creeping around
