At the time he honestly thought Eby was crazy, a loose cannon.
I hope the guy is wrong.
Rule 101. Never, ever take one person's voice as representative of the masses. Even, especially when, they claim to be talking on behalf of others. This is always a warning sign to run far, far away..."I'm not the only one who feels this way."

And where did I say this was representative of the masses?
Or are you simply making assumptions?

I would not have been one bit surprised if he had pushed ahead with this bizarre plan.
For a politician to come up with a hair brained plan to build a BILLION dollar museum is beyond comprehension.

Thank god he's gone, but I'm afraid we've jumped from the frying pan into the fire.

Five people got $1.3 million in severance when Eby became premier.

Amber Hockin, deputy chief of staff to the premier, collected $189,291 in severance.

Lori Wanamaker, was paid $591,089 in severance.

Don Zadravec, the deputy minister of communications, walked away with $432,381.

Geoff Meggs, pocketed $339,784 in severance from the public purse.

Jarrett Hagglund, Horgan’s executive coordinator, was entitled to a comparatively paltry severance of $75,366.

Yes, we all know all governments do this, but don't you all feel better knowing that they all voted to forgo raises.
JHC.

Remind me again why I pay taxes?

The real burn in that steaming pile of dung is giving anything except a swift kick in the *bleep* to Meggs.
