We had Liberal Govt not allowing CANADIANS out of the country without a VAXXPORT.

Leaving Canada had nothing to do with vaccination status, the unvaccinated were free to leave at anytime they wished to do so. Entering another country was a completely separate matter, but that has nothing to do with our Government rather with the respective Government of said countries.
