Wish more people would grasp that.

Well they thought the NDP were doing quite well for the first couple years, the reality was the NDP used the Liberal budget for the first couple so people really didn't get it, even they didn't think they would win, and that Weaver would go back on very public proclamations.

Here's a possible scenario.
Pierre Poilievre is elected Prime Minister of Canada. One of his first moves is to axe the tax, the Carbon Tax.
BC has its own Carbon Tax. What's the future of it?
Assuming Eby still runs the show here, will he axe the tax?

NDP will never stop confiscating the fruits of honest labour, they need that to buy votes with your cash,Babba_not_Gump wrote: ↑Sep 8th, 2023, 10:16 pm Here's a possible scenario.

What's interesting is that the BC Conservative Party (not to be confused with the Conservative Party of Canada) is polling in second place in BC within striking distance of the NDP. BCU is in third. The NDP has lost a pile of support since Eby came in - Horgan had them in the high 40s for a long time.
Now, if the BCCP promises to axe the tax, the NDP is likely out on its commie butt.
Maybe there's hope for BC after all?
