added later: impo the Party should have gone back to its roots... Social Credit Party of BC.
All they changed was the name. Nothing else ever changed. The SoCreds took over the Liberal party when the SoCreds self destructed. Just about everyone in the Liberal party once the SoCreds took over was a dyed in the wool SoCrec.

Then right wing voters should pull their support from BC United/Liberal/SC and move over to the BC Conservative party.

Politicians seem to self destruct at every opportunity, B-CU (p) will be the constant name of the ex Liberal ex So Cred party.
I suspect it will be changed before long.

When the Cons and Reform joined forces the first name heard in the media was Conservative Reform Alliance Party--- CRAP.

I am glad they have decided to to distance themselves from the "Liberals" brand. Being called a "Liberal" nowadays has become an insult.

We need more of this type of government action. A bunch of nimbies trying to stop a developement because they don't want the same type of development that they are pushing for in other neighbourhoods.

Why not allow the Court to decide or is government afraid of the outcome.

It wouldn’t surprise me in the least if this fast tracking of building projects becomes another leaky condo debacle.

BC needs a true, modern conservative party. They would win in spades, at least in most of the interior. Liberals are not, whatever they rebrand them into.
