I bet one of Pierre’s top 5 favorite movies is Swingers and back in the day he used to tell his buddies they’re “money”.

He has that pretentious attitude of a supreme asshat.

Why are you so concerned about being called out? Are you embarrassed or ashamed of your beliefs?
Why are you so intent on bickering about rustled? Is it impossible for you to understand not everyone enjoys bickering about rustled? Do you always just want to bicker when rustled disagrees with something someone says about Poilievre?

How about we don't keep making it about rustled!
Jonrox wrote:Pierre is appealing specifically to the emotions of his base… lol. If you’re blind to that and think you're analyzing your beliefs devoid of emotion, it says a lot.

If someone thinks it's a good ideal to discuss rustled, THAT says quite a lot.

As much as you might like to be an expert on rustled, you're not. Best to stick to the topic, and the topic ain't rustled.

Apparently some posters are incapable of discussing the actual topic and would prefer to discuss rustled. There's no thread for that, for a reason - not an appropriate topic for discussion.

Gee, still talking about rustled? She's not the topic! Never has been, never will be.
For those who simply prefer bickering over discussing the topic, there's a thread for that.

It looks like American style politics have arrived in the Conservative party, and it isn't even in a general election, it's in their own leadership contest. They've disqualified a candidate they party insiders don't like.

Yeah. Why can't he be a moderate, clean Conservative like Pierre Poilievre who greets convoy folks and wants to give us our Federal pensions in bit-coin.

Hmmm... so there's a CPC leadership debate to be held in Calgary, and the squawking chicken Poilievre is running and hiding from it, attending a PrairieRowdy event instead - and with controversial Canadian Petroleum Hall of Fame member Brett Wilson. https://www.theglobeandmail.com/canada/ ... end-party/

"In the days ahead, Conservative party leadership hopefuls will be filing into Calgary alongside other public figures for the busy politicking season that is part of the annual Stampede. But as most candidates square off in a downtown debate shortly after the Stampede parade ends on Friday afternoon, Pierre Poilievre will be at a nearby party with entrepreneur Brett Wilson.

Mr. Poilievre, considered by many to be the frontrunner of the Conservative leadership race, is the special guest at the PrairieRowdy 2022 Stampede event. In an early invitation, the event was framed as one “supporting the Conservative Party of Canada.” Mr. Wilson wrote to invitees to say sponsors were covering PrairieRowdy event costs but guests were encouraged to contribute to Mr. Poilievre’s leadership campaign."

So when it comes to actual policy discussion, Pierre runs and hides. What is Pierre hiding??

Meanwhile the crypto world that Pierre touts as some sort of "solution" for Canada is looking even dodgier as allegations have appeared that Dr. Ruja Ignatova is the largest bitcoin holder. Why does that matter? Because Ruja Ignatova on the FBI's top ten most wanted list....
The middle path - everything in moderation, and everything in its time and order.

PP has foot and mouth disease, why risk the chance of putting his size 6 shoes in his mouth again? He seems to do better when he's not talking.

I just can't understand why the CPC fanatics think they should have a leader as divisive as Pierre is. For two years they cried about how divisive PM Trudeau was.

It seems the issue was never about the PM being divisive and that they don't really have an issue with it, they're just whining because one of their folks isn't PM.

Any assumption Skippy "convoy" PP would be a less divisive PM than Trudeau would be purely partisan based and not founded in any fact or reason.
Quick, if you're a right-wing snowflake report this post to a mod.
